These house rules are meant as a guideline for the use of our vacation apartment.

Arrival

1. On the day of arrival Residenz Edelalm Apartment 3 is available as of 15:00 hrs.
2. Parking space for two cars is available on our own property. One parking space is covered and has a charging station for an electric car. In case you want to use the charging station an additional fee will be charged, which needs to be paid upfront.
3. Upon arrival a number of beds is made corresponding to the number of guests. In case of use of beds without bed linen cleaning costs could be charged.
4. Defects should be reported to the caretaker within 24 hours after arrival to avoid liability at the end of your stay. Complaints or defects should be reported to the caretaker within 24 hours after they have been noted. In case the complaint has not been taken care of to your satisfaction within 24 hours after reporting, feel free to contact Belvilla. They can be of service to you.
5. The caretaker is Hans de Groot. His phone number is +43 664 218 1093.

Use of the apartment

1. Nobody will damage something intentionally. Still it could happen to anyone that something gets damaged. Please report damage as soon as possible to the caretaker in order for him to be able to repair the damage before the arrival of the next guests. Costs for repair will be deducted of the deposit. This does not concern small matters, like a broken glass, but we request you to report it anyway.
2. To avoid damage please do not move the furniture.
3. Cabinets or doors that are locked with a key are for private use only.
4. To avoid blockage we request you not to flush diapers, sanitary napkins or tampons through the toilet or chemicals or leftover food.
5. Smoking is prohibited in Residenz Edelalm Apartment 3. An ashtray is available for outside use only.
6. Please be aware of fire danger! In case of use of burning candles please keep your safety in mind. A fire extinguisher and fire blanket can be found in the hallway.
7. Pets are NOT allowed in Residenz Edelalm Apartment 3!
8. Please respect the neighbours and do not cause loud noise after 22:00 hrs.
9. In the basement storage a ski boot heater is available. Skis and ski boots should be stored in the basement storage. Skis and ski boots should not be stored in the apartment.
10. The sled in the living room is for decoration purposes only and should not be used.

Departure

1. On the day of departure Residenz Edelalm Apartment 3 is available to you until 10:00 hrs.
